The Consultation When you first contact us, Prancing Paws Pet Sitting will schedule a FREE consultation to meet with you, collect information about your pets and discuss your pet care needs. Most importantly, we want to meet your pets so we can get to know and interact with them. This process takes anywhere form 30 to 60 minutes. We like to be thorough so we are properly equipped to provide you with top quality care. Some information we collect includes, your pet's breed, age, health condition and feed/supplement schedule. We will need a way to contact you while you are away, an emergency contact [in the event you are unreachable] as well as, your veterinarian's contact information. Of course we need instructions on how you would like us to care for your pets and home while you are away. So the consultation helps us gather everything we need. We will keep your information on file with us so that we are fully ready to be of service whenever you need us. Even on short notice.
